A transcript is like a snapshot of how you've been doing academically. It includes your coursework, grades, and credits since the 9th grade.

OFFICIAL Transcripts:  If the post-secondary school you are applying to requests an official transcript, students will send that request via the Parchment website. Please refer to the link below, create an account using a PERSONAL email address and order with a credit or debit card. You will select the destination of where you would like the transcript sent.  The transcript is then sent directly to that destination electronically. There is no need to pay for a self-view copy as you are able to view your transcript on your dashboard in Parchment. Post-secondary schools will not accept an official transcript when it is provided directly from a student. 

Unofficial Transcripts:  Seniors have access to their unofficial transcript in Skyward (Portfolio/attachments). If your post-secondary school accepts an unofficial transcript, you can provide them with a copy. If they will only accept a copy from WHS directly, please contact the Counseling Office. 

You can also use the unofficial transcript copy for college visits and for applying for scholarships.

Final transcripts (for graduated seniors) are usually not available until mid June. The front office will send you an email when they are available in Parchment.
